Privacy Policy

When you create an account or book a visit, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details of your boat (name, type, length, marina, slip, tank size, access notes, and an optional map pin). We also keep a record of your visits and messages you send us through the contact form.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and a reference for each payment, but we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to schedule and complete pumpouts, send booking confirmations and service updates by email, respond to your messages, process payments, and keep records for the business. We send transactional email about your bookings; you can adjust your notification preferences in your account settings.

Only the service providers that make the site work: Stripe for payments and our email provider for sending confirmations and updates. They handle your information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep account and service records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal details, keeping only what we're required to retain.

You can view and update your profile and boats from your account, opt out of non-essential notifications in settings, and ask us to correct or delete your information. Email or call us and we'll take care of it.
